The quarantine continues and the infections increase, Sara's conversation with her psychologist progresses over time, from the uncertainty of the beginning of COVID-19 to the passage of a year full of anxiety and frustration. The city and its streets lie empty. We see the homes of different citizens; what they see and how they relate to that space that they have had to face day after day. However, the real challenge seems to be in our minds.

  • Diana Medrano

    Director / Scriptwriter

    Born in Moscow in 1995, from a Bolivian father and a Russian mother, nowadays is living in Chile. He studied at the Universidad Mayor Film School where his second short film "634 steps" was premiered in the section "At Midnight" of the Havana Film Festival in 2015 and where the same year she also made the short film "Forgotten Dream" for the “Videocorp” competition of FIC VALDIVIA. In 2018 she was awarded a scholarship along with fourteen students from different parts of the world to participate in a two-month residency at the "La Fémis" Film School in Paris, France; place where she makes her first documentary short film "Glimpses". Upon returning from her residence, she made the short film "East Water" which in 2020, was selected in the "National Talent" competition of the Santiago International Film Festival (SANFIC). In the current year she co-writed and co-directed the short film “I write to you with your hands'' for the section FILMA BIOBIO of the International Film Festival of Lebu. She is currently developing her first feature film "Winter in Summer''.

  • Francisca Ponce

    Executive Producer / Scriptwriter

    Born in 1994 Santiago de Chile. In 2013 she began her studies at the Universidad Mayor film school, where she developed her first projects such as short films, documentaries and commercials, to finish graduating in 2019 with honors. In 2017, she began her professional practice at the Quijote Films production company, where she participated as executive production assistant of numerous Chilean short and feature films. She also has worked for the production company Storyboard Media, in the guest office of the 14th and 16th version of the Santiago International Film Festival. In 2018 she, together with Diana Medrano, decided to fund a production company ¨Fortuna Films¨, where she has been an executive producer since 2018 to date, already having three short films. Between 2019 and 2021, she has worked in the audiovisual production company Altiro films in the development of 2 feature films, among those ¨the movie teller¨, a project of which she continues to be part. Currently, she is filming a series ¨Untidy Toys ̈, by Arrebol productions as 2nd production assistant.

  • Gonzalo Olivos

    Editing / Camera

    Born in 1994 in the city of Santiago, he began studying Cinema at the Universidad Mayor in 2013, where he will develop various fiction short films, documentaries, commercials and freelance recordings for the Theater school. In 2017 he carried out his professional practice at the National Film Archive of Chile in the conservation area; Then at the end of 2019 he filmed his title project the fiction short film "The Return", which ended in 2020, a triangle of love and violence recorded in five days on the central coast.

  • Giorgio Penna

    Sound Post Production

    Giorgio Penna, was born in Montevideo in 1995. In 2013 he began his studies at the Universidad Mayor film school. His foray into sound led him to collaborate with colleagues on their short films even when it was not part of his academic duties. He was the sound engineer of the winning short film in the BioBio film section, "In Search" in 2016. Since then he has supported title projects as a sound engineer both inside and outside his soul, being part of short films such as "September", "La Vuelta", "The woman of the camera", "In Memory of her", among several others. In 2018 he made his tesis with the short film "East Water", being the film's sound engineer and going through Filmosonido to perform certain tasks. To this days, he is part of teams that are still developing their projects (De Pie, La Herida, La Canción), contributing with their ideas from the narrative of sound. He is currently studying sound engineering at the Santo Tomás Professional Institute, to complement his experience and knowledge in order to be a comprehensive sound engineer who handles both sound techniques and audiovisual language.
