A tragic accident affects the emotional state of Estella, the only survivor of the event that leads her to poor decisions to alleviate her pain. Understanding that her bad habits are only of temporary help, she seeks professional support to stabilize her emotions and improve her quality of life.

Katherine Gisselle Mendoza was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras on April 17, 1997. In 2017, she directed and co-wrote the show La Mezcla for podcasts and for television. In 2018, she wrote and directed the short film Querida Sociedad, which was selected in Icaro of Honduras and later for the Icaro Central America Festival. In November 2018, she was chosen by Crea Guatemala among the 50 Latin American students to participate in the film workshops and be a judge in the category of fiction feature film for the Icarus Festival. The work was exhibited in New York, Vienna, Italy and Cuba. In 2018-2019, Katherine wrote and directed the 4:44 short film, shown on Enfocus in the UNITEC auditorium. 4:44, Dear Society and Aphonia was selected for the Piccen film platform. The short films were presented at the Cultural Center of Spain and at the National Identity Museum and at Cinemark. At the end of 2019, she graduated from the Technological University of Honduras in the career of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising. At the beginning of the pandemic, she created #PandemicFilmChallenge by an international initiative to promote filmmakers to create art from home. The piece was used to unite a joint story with other filmmakers from different countries. Currently, Katherine is dedicated to generating content on social networks with international brands, promoting art with literary and visual resources.
